At MicroCare ENT Hospitals, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our patients. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for appointments, procedures, and services booked online or in advance.
🗓️ Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without any charges.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the paid consultation amount may be non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances.
You can request rescheduling by calling our helpdesk or emailing us at appointments@microcareenthospitals.com.
💳 Refund Policy for Online Payments
Refunds are applicable only for services paid online in advance (consultations, packages, or surgeries).
In case of cancellation by the hospital due to scheduling conflicts or medical reasons, a 100% refund will be issued.
Refunds for cancellations made by the patient will be processed after reviewing the request and applicable conditions.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
📦 Health Packages / Surgeries
If a patient cancels a prepaid package or surgery, the refund will be calculated after deducting any services already availed (consultations, tests, etc.).
In case of partial use of a package, refund will be on a pro-rata basis.

Reason for Refund Request
Bank or Card Details (if applicable)
❗Important Notes
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
Refunds are not applicable for services availed through third-party aggregators unless specified.
MicroCare ENT reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion.
